I always assure my clients that this is a safe space, where you can freely express yourself without fear or judgement. I am always here to assist and support you through your journey. Bullying or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. 

Your Privacy is always respected. I assure all clients that any information shared with me is held in the strictest confidence and is not shared with anyone else without your written approval. 

All information provided to me is strictly for the use of readings and services only.

As a Soul Therapist, I will never 'tell' you what to do, all advice, and suggestions are optional. Afterall, you are the creator of your own destiny and I will always encourage you to trust your intuition. 

Honesty and authenticity is incredibly important to me. 

In order to uphold these values, I will always be transparent with you.

Some aspects in readings or sessions may be considered negative but where there is light, there must also be dark, as you cannot have one without the other. Something perceived as 'Negative' may only require awareness to move forward and while I am always mindful and respectful in how my readings and sessions are conducted and presented, I can assure you that I will always be honest and genuine.

I have the right to refuse any reading or session that I deem as inappropriate. I also have the right to refuse any reading or session that I feel will not be beneficial to you or that may require you to seek further advise from a health professional.

As a Soul Therapist, I dedicate more than just my time to my clients and for that purpose, I do not offer refunds for my readings, sessions or services.

For in-person sessions - a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking, to secure your session. If for any reason you are unable to attend your session, please notify 48 hours prior to your session in order to reschedule. Any notification received outside of the above listed 48-hour period, will forfeit your deposit. 

For remote sessions - full payment is required at the time of booking. If for any reason you are unable to attend your session, please notify 48 hours prior to your session in order to reschedule. Any notification received outside of the above listed 48-hour period, will require a $50 AUD rescheduling fee or the forfeit of your payment.
