Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any behaviour that compromises the safety of this container will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and held in their truth.

Everything you share in session, from personal stories to spiritual insights, is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your privacy is deeply respected, and no information will ever be shared with third parties.

All notes, messages, and session details are held securely and used exclusively to support your healing and intuitive development. This is your soul’s space, and I honour it fully.

While I may channel guidance or offer intuitive insight, you are the sovereign authority of your life. My role is to walk beside you, not ahead of you. All suggestions or reflections shared in sessions are offered in support of your growth, not as direction or prediction.

You are the creator of your own path, and I will always encourage you to trust your intuition above all else.

I promise to always show up in truth and authenticity. While sessions may explore both shadow and light, I do not sugar-coat or spiritually bypass. What arises in session, whether expansive or challenging, is offered with care and honesty, to empower your integration and forward momentum.

Every message, insight, or energetic transmission is delivered with grounded awareness, spiritual respect, and psychological sensitivity.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue any session if:

• It is outside of my comfortability

• It may cause harm or confusion without appropriate integration

• I feel you would benefit more from another modality or professional support

• The session dynamic becomes disrespectful, unsafe, or misaligned with these values

• Professional boundaries are repeatedly breached.

• I reasonably believe continuing the session would be inappropriate or unethical.

Where a session is declined or discontinued due to inappropriate, abusive, unsafe or threatening behaviour, payments will not be refunded.

As a Soul Therapist, I pour time, energy, preparation and presence into every session. When you book an appointment, that energetic transfer begins & your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service you are purchasing and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

In-Person Sessions

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit/payment.

• Payments and deposits are not refundable for change of mind.
   

Online Sessions

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.​

• If you need to reschedule, at least 48 hours' notice is required.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

• Where I agree to accommodate a late reschedule, a $50 AUD rescheduling fee may apply.

• Failure to attend your scheduled online appointment will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
