  1. Initial Discussion: The session typically begins with a conversation about what’s currently on your mind, any challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to focus on. This helps set the intention for your session/s.

  2. Holistic Techniques: Soul therapy combines multiple modalities to address your mind, body and spirit. Techniques may include guided meditation, breathwork, NLP, CBT, energy healing, intuitive guidance, somatic practices or visualization. These methods aim to release any stuck energy, limiting beliefs, or emotional blockages.

  3. Energy Work: This may involve chakra balancing, Reiki, or other forms of energy alignment, helping you feel more grounded and centered.

  4. Intuitive Guidance: Throughout the session, I may receive intuitive insights that I’ll share with you to provide deeper clarity or guidance. This can help reveal patterns, subconscious beliefs, or connections that aren’t immediately obvious but are affecting your current experiences.
