Cancellation Policy
By joining this mentorship program, you agree to: *Commit to Full Participation*: Engage in the weekly lessons, live calls, and activities provided. The success of this program depends on your active participation and integration of the practices. *Practice with Integrity*: Commit to using the tools and teachings in a responsible, ethical, and respectful manner. You are solely responsible for how you apply the knowledge and practices taught. *Respect Boundaries*: While this mentorship will guide you in connecting with your Spirit Team, you must always respect your own boundaries and those of others. You are encouraged to practice discernment and only engage in practices that feel safe and aligned for you. **Payment Plan** The mentorship program is available with a 15-week payment plan of $350 per week or 12-month payment plan of $450 per month. Payments will be directly debited from your account as per the agreed schedule upon booking. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to commit to the full payment plan and understand that failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program. **Refunds Policy** Due to the nature of the mentorship and the immediate access to materials and resources, **no refunds** will be offered once payment is received, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and accept this policy. **Liability Disclaimer** While I, Elle Embers, and the *Channel to Connect Mentorship* are committed to providing high-quality guidance and resources, I cannot be held responsible for any emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual outcomes that may arise from participation in this mentorship program. **Intellectual Property** All content provided as part of the Channel to Connect Mentorship, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, and other resources, is protected by copyright and remains the property of Elle Embers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without prior written permission. **Acceptance of Terms** By signing up and participating in the Channel to Connect Mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You understand that your participation is voluntary. You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your experiences, decisions, and the application of the teachings within this program.
