Cancellation Policy
*All pricing is in AUD* In-Person Sessions: - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment at Self Love Lounge, Brisbane. - If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. - Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. (To book In-Person Sessions at Self Love Lounge, Brisbane visit: www.elleembers.com/selflovebrisbane) Online Sessions: - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - If you need to reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required. - If cancellation occurs within 48 hours: A $50 AUD rescheduling fee applies, or your payment may be forfeited, depending on the circumstances.
