Recording Requirements: 

•  Please choose a quiet, comfortable space with a reliable internet connection for your recording session.  

• Use headphones and, if possible, a professional microphone for the best audio quality.  

 

Duration: 
Episodes typically last 30-60 minutes, but this is a guideline, not a rule. We’ll go with the flow to ensure an enjoyable and impactful recording experience. Personal storytelling is encouraged, as it resonates deeply with listeners, making them feel part of a heartfelt conversation among friends.

1. Cross-Promotion: Actively promote your episode at least *twice* across one or more of your platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, email newsletters, or your website.  

2. Respecting Time Commitments: Recording, editing, and producing a podcast requires significant time and energy. Please ensure the selected date and time work for your schedule.  

3. Notification of Changes: If you need to reschedule, provide at least *48 hours’ notice.* Failing to do so may result in not being offered the opportunity to reschedule in the future.
